It was kind of difficult registering on this forum. Nevertheless, I'm on. We need to agree on the date and time for the meeting in August. I suggest 11-14th.

Ok I've set the notification settings to get alerts by email but I think it will only work specific topics in threads I'm watching. Don't know if forums I am watching will send alerts too... Hannah I think it's currently possible to access all of the threads without being logged in, bit of a security issue...

I can do the August 12 date, but I think it's gonna be important for Hannah to be there because we have to plan what the flyer should look like to send out to the welcome packs. Did we already have the calendar set?
